Community Benefit Fund

The SEC Renewable Energy Park – Horsham Community Benefit Fund is now open for applications.

Applications open on Monday 29 June 2026 and close at 11:50pm on Monday 24 August 2026.

Grants of up to $25,000 per project are available to activities that build sustainable, resilient and cohesive communities.

The Fund’s guidelines outline eligibility criteria and provide information about how your application will be assessed.

If your group or organisation has questions about the Fund or how to apply, we’re here to help! We’re holding drop-in sessions throughout July to share information in person.

Once operational in 2027, the Fund will invest $3 million, or $100,000 annually (indexed), over the project’s lifetime to support community-led initiatives and positive long-term outcomes for the region.

We look forward to sharing details about future funding from late 2027.
