Complaints about Easy Electric SEC estimates
If your complaint is about estimates you received from the Easy Electric SEC online tool, please get in touch with our Customer Advisory Team in one of these ways:
- Call 1300 305 700 from 9am to 5pm weekdays (except on public holidays)
- Complete our contact form
- Email us at info@secvictoria.com.au – use this method if you have an attachment you’d like to send – like a PDF download of the estimate you received, or an email from Easy Electric SEC confirming your estimate.
We’ll investigate your issue and make sure it reaches the party who can resolve it for you.
Haven’t heard from your installer
If you haven’t heard from an SEC-endorsed installer about a quote or contact you’ve requested, let us know and we’ll follow this up for you. Please give your installer at least one business day to respond.
